1. Food Products Disclaimer
Due to health and safety regulations in the United States, food products such as coffee sticks and chocolates are non-returnable once opened.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
The item was damaged during shipping
The wrong product was received
The product is unopened and unused
3. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
